We are looking for an experienced Test Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our Digital Investment Management cluster. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the optimisation, harmonisation and global expansion of our Digital Investment Management services.

You will be part of a cross-functional squad and report to the BA/QA Chapter Lead. We are committed to making “simplicity at scale” happen, combining business expertise with technology to deliver state-of-the-art solutions for our distribution partners.

This role will be based in Frankfurt or Munich.

What you will do

Test Management:

Oversee end-to-end test management, including planning, automation, execution, documentation, reporting and release management for different products within the Digital Investment Management cluster
Ensure coverage across test levels (unit, integration, end-to-end, smoke, regression), as well as functional, non-functional and regulatory requirements (e.g. BaFin, MiFID II, WpHG)
Foster proactive problem-solving, to address testing challenges and enable resilient, high-quality delivery

Collaboration & Quality By Design:

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to embed quality and testability into design
Act as a bridge between squads, compliance and test policy teams to ensure risk assessments are documented and aligned with stakeholders

Governance:

Lead the adoption of test management standards, tools and frameworks, driving continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to test governance through KPI tracking, enterprise-level reporting and addressing compliance issues in collaboration with stakeholders

What You Bring

Experience & Education:

Degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of experience in delivering technology solutions, ideally in investment or financial services
Fluency in English both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage

Technical Skills:

Proven test management experience across the full life cycle, ideally within international and agile delivery environments, with hands-on expertise in API and end-to-end testing, including frontend
Proficiency with test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, Postman, Robot Framework, Datadog), including automation, defect management and coordinating CI/CD testing through clear communication and documentation
Knowledge of cloud technologies and data platforms; Azure experience is a plus
ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Copilot
