As a Software Tester, you will conduct manual tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and usability of software applications.

What Are The Core Responsibilities For The Role?

• Conduct manual tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and usability of software applications
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, clearly communicating issues to Team Lead
• Ensure that all software products meet the company’s quality standards, industry regulations, and best practices
• Perform regression testing to verify that changes in code do not affect existing functionalities
• Execute performance testing to ensure applications run smoothly and handle expected user loads without issues
• Perform basic security assessments and report any vulnerabilities or security risks found during testing
• Stay updated on new testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends to improve testing processes
• Support the team lead in Customer Care and QA tasks
• Effectively communicate with the team lead in matters related to QA and Customer care Questions, Tasks, or Improvements
• Use Experience gained to find new ways to test the software

Qualifications, Skills, And Competencies:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Technician
• Experience in Clickup or a similar task tracking software
• Effective and Efficient Communication Skills
