Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic People & Performance Advisor to join our supportive and forward-thinking team, based in our award-winning Auckland CBD office.                                                                                                                                   
This role offers a strong focus on recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating offers and onboarding. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to transition from agency to internal recruitment, or to further develop their recruitment career within a corporate environment.

Alongside recruitment, you’ll gain exposure to our broader People & Performance processes, contributing to a high-performing team that values innovation and celebrates success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business nationwide 
  • Support hiring managers through approvals, interviews, offers, and contracts.
  • Apply a mix of traditional and forward-thinking recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct candidate assessments including screening, interviews, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate employment agreements and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and employee transitions, contributing to our broader people and performance processes.
  • Contribute to a culture that develops industry experts to maximise opportunities and accelerate success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or agency consulting, ideally at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on service excellence.
  • Confidence in managing multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas.
