As a CBS Procurement Operations Analyst you'll be the backbone of our Procurement function. In this role, you will execute and own critical operations, including the complete lifecycle of Supplier Onboarding, meticulous Catalog Management, and driving technical adoption via our Creatio system. Your work will directly translate into process efficiency, supported by insightful data analysis and reporting that shapes our operational strategy.
What you'll do:
- Process any PO Changes as requested by Indirect Procurement
- Retrigger POs to the supplier if required.
- Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents
- Resolve Level 2 POC Ticket queries within the defined SLA in the Colgate Palmolive Request System (Creatio)
- Escalate (IRs ticket) to GSSO to support technical needs Supplier Onboarding.
- Perform Data Specialist role
- Initiate in the MDM system , new, unblock and extend supplier requests or changes to the vendor master per direction from IP Category Lead
- Maintaining the proper controls according with the Standard Operating Business Procedures (SOBP´s) during the screening process of the information provided by the suppliers.
- Manage Internal Catalog workflow
- Connection with suppliers for system creations
- Manage cut over of all changes to catalog production for both Internal and Punchout (external)
- Ensure that catalog content is in compliance GIT standards requirements and adhere to GIT change Control process.
- Assign billing portals that allow payments to suppliers
- Carry out improvement and automation projects
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, business relationships or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and source to pay, finance or business administration
- Proficiency in English
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Google Sheets level
- Automation mindset and continuous improvement
- SAP
- Ariba (Preferred)
