Description

We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking a highly organized and personable Referral Coordinator to assist in facilitating the referral process between our clients and referral partners. This role is essential in maintaining strong referral relationships, monitoring the status of referred cases, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation throughout the referral process.

Responsibilities:

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing referrals.·         Track all referral activity in our case management system.·         Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners.·         Follow up on pending referrals and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and processed.·         Coordinate with intake and legal teams to ensure smooth case transitions.·         Provide status updates to referring partners and respond promptly to inquiries.·         Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to referral agreements.

Qualifications:

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.·         Prior experience in a law firm, legal intake, or case management preferred.·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to client confidentiality.·         Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Litify, Filevine, or similar).
