- This job is a member of the Global ReservationsTeam within the Customer Experience Division.
- Performs a wide variety of office duties as necessary and provides administrative support for Customer Experience.
What You'Ll Do
- Coordinates training and team meetings
- Handles timekeeping for reservations agents
- Processes vacation change requests
- Processes shift swaps among reservation agents
- Manages ordering office supplies, updating manuals
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from automated data bases
- Completes other administrative tasks as assigned
- Manages and triages correspondence sent to American Airlines
- Fulfills customer compensation and update activity logs

- High School Diploma or GED equivalency or equivalent experience/training

- Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
