The Terumo Pharmaceutical Solutions Division (PSD) Marketing Team plays a central role in shaping the product strategy, driving market research, and building impactful marketing communications. We lead product launches, support our global sales force, and develop both digital and offline campaigns to enhance PSD’s visibility and reputation across the pharmaceutical industry

Job Summary

Are you a creative and data-driven marketing enthusiast eager to gain hands-on experience in a global, fast-paced environment? Join us as our Marketing Intern, where you’ll support various strategic and operational marketing initiatives and events

This internship offers a dynamic mix of event planning, digital marketing, creative design, and communication support, all while working closely with global stakeholders. You’ll be part of a high-performing, international team and contribute to impactful projects that directly support our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Event & Project Support

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics of industry events and exhibitions
• Support the preparation of promotional materials and onsite branding asset

Digital Marketing

• Help manage and update digital tools such as our website and LinkedIn page
• Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Contribute to SEO and content optimization initiative

Design & Creative Production

• Design digital assets such as banners, invitations, and templates using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Assist in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for product launches, strategy sessions, and internal communications
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual material

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends
• Maintain and update our competitor product portfolio database
• Assist in developing and optimizing research tool

Internal Communication & Marketing Operations

• Update and manage our online marketing library
• Support internal reporting and campaign tracking
• A current student in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
• Detail-oriented, creative, and digitally savvy
• Enthusiastic about working in a B2B and healthcare-related environment
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic setting
• A PowerPoint wizard with strong visual storytelling skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Profile Description

• Experience with Mailchimp, Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus
