Job Description
Who You'll Work With
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Finance department. This internship (Co-operative Placement) offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational finance and the day to day activities of a large multinational finance function.
What You'Ll Do
- Posting various recurring journals – depreciation of fixed assets, amortisation of
- intangibles and prepayments, bank charges
- Complete month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage payments of key customers
- Answering customer queries
- Preparing Letters of Credit
- Uploading customer invoices to designated portals
- Accounts payable invoice processing
- Complete vendor reconciliations
- Assistance in financial statement preparation
- Various ad hoc tasks, as required

Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision
- A team player that demonstrates a strong desire and willingness to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferable
