Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sourcing Manager to optimize our procurement processes, build strong vendor relationships, and identify strategic sourcing opportunities that support the company’s operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop reliable suppliers of aluminium scrap locally. 
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize cost and supply security.
• Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and regulations affecting aluminium scrap.
• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Manage logistics, customs, and documentation for smooth import/export operations.
• Build strong supplier relationships and evaluate performance regularly.
• Collaborate with production, finance, and quality teams to align sourcing needs with business goals.
• Maintain sourcing records, analyze costs, and prepare reports for management.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
