Job Description

• Under the support of Content Design team, help localise product copy and other materials from
English into Thai, ensuring they’re accurate, consistent, culturally relevant and reflect SEEK's
voice and style
• Co-ordinate translation projects, using localisation tools such as Phrase and Ditto, and
collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of material
• Work with the Thai Senior Content Designer and your manager to set and align on priorities and
timelines
• Support the Senior Content Designer in collaboration with Marketing to help define and align
the brand voice for our Thai audience
• Assist in developing and maintain a Thai writing style guide in line with English standards
• Assist in updating and maintaining glossary/terms list and translation memory tools
• Assist to collaborate cross-functionally with others to ensure effective and cohesive content
across all touchpoints and channels
• Continuously improve translation quality and process through feedback
• Help review translated research materials, such as surveys and scripts
• Build an understanding of product design, UX writing and user-centred thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics or a
• related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development or a
• related position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Other Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Willingness to learn about localisation tools and practices (CAT tools, translation memory, etc.)
• A general love and passion for writing and design, keeping across the latest advancements

Additional Information

The Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, native Thai student, who’s fluent in English and passionate in writing or
keen to learn about UX Writing/Content Design, to help us create the best possible experience for our
Thai customers, through high-quality translation and localisation.

• As a Content Design Intern (Localisation) at SEEK, you’ll get the opportunity to learn how a Content
• Designer can play a pivotal role in bridging communication across cultures and markets. How to ensure
• that all our product copy, marketing content, and other materials are not only translated accurately but
• resonate with our Thai audience in a culturally relevant manner.
• The role will support the Senior Content Designer and will work with other designers across our
• business. The content designer will also work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers,
• business analysts and marketing specialists.

The Team
The Design Team at SEEK is made up of 60+ professionals including Product Design, Visual Design,
Research, Design Systems, Content Design and Operations. We are distributed primarily across
