Do you have a flair for friendly front desk service and a passion for creating great patient experiences? We’re looking for a welcoming and organised Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Days: Thursdays and Fridays

Job Description

As a Receptionist/Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, and payment processing.
• Provide clinical chairside assistance.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.

Qualifications

What we value most is a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach. If you bring any of the following, that’s a bonus:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist/Dental Assistant
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting
• Familiarity with dental software systems

But don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’re more than happy to support and train the right person to thrive in this role.
