Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic–(DOE -F)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Washington, DC.  The Scheduled hours are: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11pm. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance and repairs to all equipment under the direct supervision of the Lead Building Engineer.
• Performs other duties as required or directed by the shift lead or manager on duty

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Must possess and maintain a CFC certification
• Must be familiar with hand and power tools.
• Candidate must be a team player and be willing to assist other crafts to accomplish service tickets and preventative maintenance.
• Must be able and willing to work a schedule of Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm

Work Environment

 Work environment may be dirty and greasy and clean-up of projects and mechanical spaces will be required on a routine basis. Works with systems and equipment in hard to reach places 

Physical Demands

• Work requires an abundance of walking, bending, kneeling,  standing, stooping,  and climbing in tight and uncomfortable positions
