We’re looking for a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I (HRCS I) to join our Compliance team and contribute to the growth of our Compliance Library and knowledge base.
Job Description
As a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I, you will:
- Develop and update compliance templates, policies, checklists, and competency assessments.
- Research, interpret, and link federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
- Create healthcare policies and resources using both regulatory knowledge and AI tools.
- Maintain taxonomy and metadata standards for efficient organization of compliance documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance projects.
- Take initiative to improve processes, while adapting quickly to new priorities and technologies.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Education & Certifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related health sciences (Required).
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred).
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or related).
- Experience as a mentor, supervisor, or in clinical improvement projects.
- Exposure to compliance or privacy programs involving regulations and standards of care.
- Experience creating policies, procedures, or compliance documents (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools for professional or personal use (preferred).
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance practices, and patient care standards.
- Ability to analyze and apply regulations to develop actionable resources.
- Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment, and accountable for daily progress.
