As their trusted outsourced partner, we’re seeking a skilled Java developer to help scale the platform and develop cutting-edge, high-performance solutions that deliver real-world impact.

What You'Ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java
• Build and optimise complex SQL and NoSQL queries
• Implement robust, cloud-native microservices with SpringBoot
• Integrate with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Collaborate with SRE to deploy and monitor services in AWS
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the SDLC and production environments

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java
• Strong experience with Spring,SpringBoot and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB)
• Understanding of Agile development practices
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS)
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with Go
• Experience with React JS
