Key Account Executive

Your Main Responsibilities

Process Control and Improvement

“Efficient and effective processes”

• Draft quotation before sending to sales for review and update
• Prepare tender documents including: company’s profile, PIC profiles, installation method dossiers, etc.
• Liaise with SED on technical drawing, specs, price
• Coordinate with COM for payment tracking and with NI for installation plan.
• Draft contract including specs, price, schedule, etc.
• Prepare hard copies in line with customers’ and internal requirements.
• Handle the documents delivery both via courier and in person.
• Hanle QA & TREX documentation during handover process between NI Fulfillment and KAM
• Provide monthly KAM report.
• Input and manage data on SAP & SHAPE system
• Handle customer service, gifts delivery
• Book flights and hotel tickets for KAM team
• Manage sales brochures
• Support company’s engagement events
