 We are looking for full-time Data Analysts / Business Analysts to join RELEX in North America. You will be part of the Presales Analytics team, supporting the commercial success of our AI-powered retail planning solutions. With peers and leads to mentor you across industries and you will learn hands-on with data. The team provides tangible proof to prospects, demonstrating the value RELEX brings to leading retail companies. You will help the team achieve this by: 

 As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst, here’s what you can expect 

• Performing challenging simulations and analyses to model the business impact of RELEX
• Building product demos and answering RFPs
• Actively participating in developing internal working methods and tools
• Supporting customer-facing colleagues in Sales and Product teams
• Analyzing large datasets (millions of rows) to generate insights that drive commercial impact
• Mapping prospect processes and use cases to RELEX software
• Developing standard sales tools and supporting customer-facing teams
• Building demos tailored to customer-specific scenarios
• Answering RFPs and contributing to theoretical retail analysis
• Thinking outside the box and taking initiative in a fast-paced, rewarding environment

Key tools and technologies 

• RELEX in-house software (we have an excellent training program)
• Data wrangling tools: R, Python, SQL

You’ll work closely with 

• Presales Analytics team (analysts, consultants, technical writers)
• Sales and Product teams
• Prospective and current RELEX customers
• RELEX implementation teams

We’Re Looking For

• Experience manipulating and analyzing big data sets (R, Python, SQL)
• Strong business sense and ability to simplify complex results into commercial outputs
• Advanced problem-solving, prioritization, and project management skills
• Ability to learn fast and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High work ethic and motivation towards sales-related work
• Finished or near-finished university degree from a relevant field (e.g., Information and Service Management, Physics, Mathematics, Automation & Systems Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)

What we consider an advantage 

• AI tooling or AI engineering experience
• Relevant work experience (consulting, logistics management)
• Understanding of SaaS technology, retail and/or supply chain management
• Understanding of wholesale/manufacturing planning processes
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Ruby, command line scripts) are considered an advantage
