Operations Manager - Reverse Logistics

Arvato is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead production, quality, and technical support functions in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing workforce performance, and ensuring strong communication between internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Your Tasks

• Active management of production, quality, and technical support area
• Serve as a key communication link between operations and customers (internal and external)
• Workforce Management in a temp labor environment
• Maintain production, quality, reliability, safety, and security requirements
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop production management staff

Your Profile

• The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and analytical, and possess excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives  
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to interact easily with individuals at all levels and functions, both within and outside the organization, will be critical to this role 
• ISO experience is also strongly preferred
• At least 5 years of operations experience within a multi-client supply chain and consumer products environment, including developing, motivating, and leading cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 1 year of ERP Systems experience required, SAP preferred
• At least 1 year of computer experience using MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must possess the ability to function in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
• Divided between the office setting and operations environment
