Position Specific Description
We're looking for a dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition Enablement Specialist to optimize and scale how we attract, engage, and onboard talent. This role blends strategy and execution—owning recruitment marketing, TA systems and processes, onboarding programs (including immigration and referrals), and vendor partnerships. You’ll be the go-to partner for IT, championing automation and AI-driven solutions that boost recruiter productivity and elevate candidate experiences. You'll also enable our recruiting teams through tools, training, and development sessions—building connection and consistency across the function. (Position is based in Juno Beach, 5 day/week.)
Ideal Qualifications
- 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in recruiting program management
- Experience with TA systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) and process optimization
- Strong background in onboarding programs, analytics, programs and/or recruitment marketing/branding
- Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with IT teams
- Proven ability to introduce and scale automation or AI tools within recruiting
- Successful experience managing projects through to completion utilizing technology, data and analytics to drive results
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills
- Passion for improving recruiter enablement and the overall hiring experience
Job Overview
Employees in this position lead and support cross-functional strategic projects. Employees conduct complex analyses and lead projects that support and align with business unit objectives. This position identifies, develops and implements processes and process improvements and conducts cost-benefit analyses and regulatory compliance initiatives. Employees in this role develop and present business cases and review and approve findings for presentation to senior management.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with Information Technology to define work required to execute business cases and makes business decisions on value added features and business priorities
- Evaluates project ideas and develops business cases and accelerate portfolios
- Provides operational process support and manages partner relationships to understand business objectives and impact of changes
- Identifies system requirements, design and testing for approved system business cases
- Conducts process improvement analysis
- Gathers data, reports on key metrics and utilizes tools and technologies to analyze improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoots system issues, follows up on process system requirements, supports application replacement initiatives, new technology evaluation and proof of concept completion
- Evaluates risks from policy and process changes to business unit performance and compliance
- Facilitates process improvement meetings
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 6+ years
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
