Job title: MRS Quality Senior Specialist HNC EMEA
Location: Buk, Poland

Teams / Breadth:
- The job holder has an operational role to play.
- Work in an international enviroment / with dirrefent business units / difficult market / different law requirements etc.
- Cooperation with the bussines supporting functions for the delivery of the products OTIF to the customer.
- The job holder is expected to maintain and work on the improvement of MRS (Market Ready Solution) EMEA quality system.
Communication / Frame:
- External: 3rd Party Manufacturers, Customers.
- Internal: all dsm-firmenich functions involved in MRS process
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all quality related documents are in place, up-to date and consistent with dsm-firmenich documentation templates.
- Advise and support in terms of quality-related questions.
- Manage claims and non-conformities connected to MRS suppliers and support them in investigation, troubleshooting and finding solutions.
- Compliance related verifications according to EMEA regulatory team input.
- Registration of the quality documents, actions, data in the relevant dsm-firmenich data bases.
- Product release.
Authorized To:
- Issuing DNP CoA and MRS product release.
- Support in terms of quality and regulatory questions and activities.
Quality/Environment/Safety And Health:
- Act in such a way that the organization will learn from its incidents. Incidents will be investigated, and possible improvements (and incidents) are reported.
- Follow instructions and procedures.

You Bring:
- Bachelor /Master’s degree in food science or similar
- 1 year of experience or more in quality management
- Experience in auditing and complaints management
- Experience in using common IT and quality tools
- Experience in matrix organization in an international company
- Quality management
- Cooperation with the suppliers
- English with level min. B2
- High learning agility, open-minded personality, time management, good communication skills,
- The ability to cooperate with external and internal teams
