The Role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work autonomously alongside our Talent Manager and play an integral role in shaping the future of our growing team. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle, which includes identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring top talent into Numan's Customer Care, Operations and the Clinical team teams, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish that mirrors Numan’s unique culture and values.

The Role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work autonomously alongside our Talent Manager and play an integral role in shaping the future of our growing team. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle, which includes identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring top talent into Numan's Customer Care, Operations and the Clinical team teams, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish that mirrors Numan’s unique culture and values.
You’Ll Be:
- Owning the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles and disciplines.
- Ensuring that Numan maintains a transparent, seamless, and positive experience for all candidates, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
- Partnering with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and providing insights on market trends and developments.
- Engaging with candidates to assess their suitability for the role they've applied for, while also educating them about Numan’s mission and culture.
- Sourcing candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Otta (and others) and creating sourcing strategies to develop talent pipelines for harder-to-fill roles.
- Promoting Numan by crafting compelling job descriptions that are both informative and engaging.
- Utilising data to shape recruitment strategies, focusing on metrics such as the number of hires, time to hire, time to fill, and more.
- Committed to promoting diversity and inclusion techniques within the hiring process to ensure a balanced candidate pipeline.
We’Re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Previous experience working in an in-house talent acquisition role.
- Experience working autonomously and used to managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to managing the offer process.
- A resourceful and innovative approach to hiring, including leveraging diverse sourcing methods and crafting creative outreach strategies.
- An adaptable communication style, able to adjust language and tone to suit different audiences.
- Worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable with changing priorities and demands.
- A passion for helping others and building strong professional relationships.
- Experience building and managing pipelines using ATS systems
It’S A Bonus If You Have:
- Previous experience working with Lever (ATS).
- Experience hiring within the Health Tech sector.
