The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Everseen, a rapidly scaling global AI company, as our Product Release Program Manager, where you’ll drive seamless product launches that shape the future of retail innovation.
As a Product Release Program Manager III, you will be a key member of Everseen’s PMO Team (Program Management Office) ensuring processes are well defined and applied during release management involving all stakeholders (Product, Research and Development, ICT, Operations).
You will be responsible for tracking all projects related to product releases in a timely manner, involving and communicating with the required stakeholders. You may also be responsible for some additional projects in the wider development area. A further part of your role will be to maintain and evolve the processes within the development of the product.

You will be responsible for tracking all projects related to product releases in a timely manner, involving and communicating with the required stakeholders. What You'Ll Do
- Project Management
- Create and maintain project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the release planning process.
- Identify creative and robust solutions to address project roadblocks, risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholder calls, serving as the main point of contact for release queries and tracking
- Manageand own all projects for assigned customer/release. Be a Subject Matter Expert about assigned customers.
- Ensure effective management of project timelines, define and control program scope, monitor and manage program finances, and uphold quality standards for all deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the R&D, Product, Operations (Customer Deployment), DevOps and Quality teams to manage expectations regarding release delivery and provide regular updates on project progress. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects within agreed scope and timelines.
- Reporting and Communication
- Coordinate onboarding reporting and collaborate with R&D and Operations Teams to provide and present project updates for customers and internal management, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status.
- Technical Coordination
- Coordinate system performance analysis with technical and data teams, ensuring the successful integration and functionality of product solutions.
- Create and coordinate Jira tickets to track project tasks internally across departments, maintaining project updates in Jira and Confluence.
- Issue Escalation
- Escalate any issues impacting project delivery to management, providing recommendations for resolution and mitigation.
- Ownership and Travel Expectations
- Drive the completion of tasks from initiation to completion and have full ownership of projects/releases.

Profile And Skills
- 8-11 years of work experience in a relevant role and global SaaS company. A Bachelors degree or equivalent focusing on the computer science field is preferred.
- Customer Focus and Advocacy: Passionate advocate for determining and delivering solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing various tools and systems such as Microsoft and Atlassian packages to streamline project workflows and communication.
- Initiative and Adaptability: Proactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently. Adaptable to changing project requirements and able to anticipate and address potential issues promptly.
- Relationship Building: Personable and capable of building positive and productive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, facilitating clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals.
