Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.
The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us improve the reliability and efficiency of our cloud platform—across the hardware, compute, and managed services layers. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, SREs, and business stakeholders, driving insights and process improvements that ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly at scale. This is a highly cross-functional position where you’ll combine technical skills with strong analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset. If you thrive on solving complex data challenges while enabling better decision-making, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Analyze platform reliability data across hardware, compute, and managed services layers.
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into processes, system health, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to identify process inefficiencies and define improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows.
- Automate analysis and reporting tasks using Python and SQL.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating insights effectively.
- Conduct experiments and prepare results for internal and external reports.
- Contribute to data-driven initiatives that increase platform availability, resiliency, and scalability.
We Expect You To Have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a related role.
- Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with Python for analysis and automation.
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to create impactful dashboards.
- Solid understanding of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, distributions) and how to apply them to real-world data problems.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and Docker for container-based development.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to translate complex data into actionable, business-relevant insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- A structured, independent work style and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
It Will Be An Added Bonus If You Have:
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure monitoring and reliability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Understanding of risk management, stability engineering, or incident response processes.
- Background in software development or automation beyond data processing.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams in a cross-functional stakeholder environment.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Background in Mathematics or Economics.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
- Hybrid working arrangements.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.
We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
