We are seeking a motivated Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in written and verbal communication. You will be responsible for coordinating communication efforts across internal and external channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and supporting overall strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and proofread company communications including press releases, newsletters, and corporate materials.
  • Coordinate communication strategies that align with brand objectives and organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners through effective communication practices.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Monitor communication channels and provide insights to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with company standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in communications, PR, or corporate coordination.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in brand communication or agency environments is a plus
  • Competitive salary: $57,000 – $63,000 annually.
