We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client needs and operational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellence and teamwork.
  • Competitive salary: $56,000 – $61,000 annually.
