About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Video Creative to join our team and play a key role in developing branded video content for social media. This role spans the entire creative process—from interpreting briefs, ideating and producing engaging content, to publishing and optimising across platforms. The ideal candidate is highly creative, hands-on with video production and editing, and has a strong understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and translate briefs into creative concepts for social-first video content.
  • Plan, storyboard, and produce engaging branded video assets tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Capture and edit video content using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Optimise videos with engaging copy, captions, and thumbnails to maximise performance.
  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand, visually consistent, and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of content creation: briefing, production, editing, approvals, scheduling, and posting.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and new creative formats.

Person Specification

  • 2–4 years’ experience in social media content creation, with a strong focus on video.
  • Proven portfolio of branded or creative video work designed for social channels.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Strong eye for storytelling, design, and social-first creative formats.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for video performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Experience with social scheduling and publishing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social) is a plus.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and clients.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through video.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
