Position Summary

The Global Internal Audit & Risk team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ISO Auditor to support daily audit activities under the guidance of the Senior Auditor. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) audits across domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to supporting the team in maintaining global certifications. The role involves assisting in remote audits across various time zones and may include travel to global locations for in-person audits. The ISO Auditor will play a key role in collecting audit evidence, preparing documentation, and tracking corrective actions. This position is perfect for someone looking to build a career in multiple disciplines, auditing, risk, and compliance within one of the fastest-growing software support organizations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values continuous improvement, professional growth, and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-Audit Activities:

• Support internal auditors in identifying auditees as pe the annual audit plan, Coordinate audit schedules and requirements with stakeholders
• Review preliminary pre-audit documents, consolidate and management system information
• Prepare audit tools like Opening Conference decks, checklists and sampling documents.

Audit Execution:

• Participate in on-site and remote audits under supervision
• Collect and verify audit evidence through interviews, observations, and documentation
• Make audit notes & maintain confidentiality.

Audit Reporting:

• Draft audit findings, Observations, Improvements, and nonconformity reports
• Assist in preparing final audit reports
• Assist Sr. auditor in performing ground up analysis and project management for departmental functions and objectives
• Review, follow-wp and verify corrective action plans.

Learning & Compliance:

• Stay updated on ISO standards and auditing techniques.
• Assist with training efforts regarding quality related procedures geared to facilitate positive change
• Actively engage and learn the operations of the company and apply that knowledge and experience to departmental objectives
• Follow organizational policies on impartiality and confidentiality.

Location

•  Hyderabad, India

Education

• Minimum Graduate Degree, in Engineering
• Certified ISO 9001 QMS Internal Auditor (Preferred)
• Certified ISO 27001 ISMS Internal Auditor (Preferred).

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the technology or service delivery industry.
• 3 years working on ISO 9001/27001 audits and standards (preferred).

Skills

• Effective team-member with a collaborative approach
• Should be good in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of ISO management systems
• External certifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of enterprise software support services and global regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
