Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role: End-to-end project management of EV Charging station from identification of sites to making the stations live.

1. To ensure work undertaken by the vendor as per the standard specs provided by M&M and ensure the quality meets M&M specified standards.
2. To ensure safety & regulatory compliances at EV charging stations during construction.
3. To ensure vendor complete the work within cost & time and explore paths to expedite work at the site without compromising on the quality.
4. To suggest changes in specs as per regional requirements.
5. To certify milestones for payments to the vendor.
6. To suggest various value engineering (cost optimization ) aspects related to EV charging stations.
7. To evaluate various vendors providing turn-key solutions of EV charging stations and O&M in region.
8. To suggest interventions for betterment in safety, cost efficiency and customer experience in the EV charging stations equipment.
