The Senior Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) plays a critical role in translating Trintech’s innovations to market through impactful messaging, strategic go-to-market planning & execution, cross-functional alignment, and sales enablement. This individual will act as a core partner across Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our solutions are well understood, clearly & competitively positioned, and fully supported throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B SaaS product marketing experience and thrives on translating complex product capabilities into customer-facing value for stakeholders in the Office of Finance. They are passionate about driving adoption, differentiation, and internal enablement that fuels revenue growth and customer success.

What You'Ll Do

This position is a key contributor to Trintech’s go-to-market success - owning the positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch execution for innovations across our platform. This role will help shape the way Trintech communicates the business impact of automation and AI technologies within the Office of Finance.

  • Strategic Positioning & Messaging
    • Own the development and evolutions compelling product positioning; as well as clear, differentiated, and value-driven messaging for assigned Trintech products or solution suites.
    • Ensure messaging consistency across all channels and touchpoints - including web, field enablement (sales materials), analyst interactions, and customer-facing materials; while being tailored to verticals, buyer personas, and key use cases.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership
    • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Enablement teams to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new modules, features, and products – including customer readiness, internal enablement, and external launch deliverables.
    • Define launch tiers and readiness requirements in partnership with Product and Customer Success teams.
  • Content & Sales Enablement
    • Work with corporate marketing to develop impactful collateral including solution briefs, pitch decks, customer narratives, FAQ documents, and demo scripts.
    • Deliver tools and training that help Sales and Customer Success teams confidently communicate the value of Trintech’s solutions and ongoing innovations.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
    • Conduct competitive research, win/loss analysis, and persona development to inform positioning and GTM strategy.
    • Act as a customer advocate by gathering insights from the field and translating them into strategic recommendations for Product and Marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and field teams – ensuring product-market fit is reflected in every stage of the buyer journey.
    • Support campaigns, analyst outreach, and partner initiatives by contributing product and customer insight.
  • Customer and Analyst Engagement
    • Participate in customer and analyst meetings to share roadmap, innovation themes, and gather feedback on Trintech’s strategy
    • Support messaging for customer reference programs, thought leadership initiatives, and analyst communications.

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Management, or related roles – preferably with enterprise-level products or platforms.
  • Demonstrated success leading GTM planning, cross-functional product launches, and messaging development.
  • Deep understanding of the product marketing discipline – including segmentation, positioning, buyer journey, competitive analysis, and enablement best practices.
  • Financial, accounting, or FinOps software experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive and customer audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing content and sales tools aligned to buyer personas and sales stages.
  • Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity-driven and future-thinking mindset, especially around emerging technologies like Gen AI and intelligent automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
