Job Overview: We are looking for a Product Quality Complaint Analyst II who will play a key role in managing product quality complaints for the EMEA region and globally as needed. If you have experience in product quality, handling complaints, and working in manufacturing and packaging, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Complaint Assessment: Review and assess product quality complaints to ensure they align with our quality program. This includes verifying customer feedback, lot numbers, and identifying trends.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complaint data to ensure timely processing and investigation of product quality issues.
- Information Review: Process updates from our call center and medical safety teams to determine their impact on complaint investigations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Global Consumer Care and Medical Safety, to resolve complaints efficiently.
- Complaint Monitoring: Keep track of complaint records in our management system to ensure that standard procedures are followed and complaints are resolved timely.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for internal and external audits as required.
- Data Compilation: Gather product and lot-specific complaint data and metrics as requested.
- Project Support: Assist with global and regional projects and communicate effectively with management at all levels.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at improving our complaint management processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or complaint management within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or nutritional industries.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to document and track complaint investigations.
- Proficient with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language Requirement: Fluent in local language and English (both written and spoken).

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes in the healthcare industry.
