The Role
We are looking for a mid-level Communications Specialist to join our team, a role that will work closely with our Marketing and Communications team and senior leadership to help support executive communications, including assisting with employee communications, internal executive events and roadshows, and external analyst and industry events.
You should be an excellent project manager, comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You also need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide support with many different aspects of executive communications, including assisting with internal comms strategy, helping to produce written employee communications and videos, and project managing internal and external events. You are adept at multitasking, have an uncompromising commitment to quality, and have excellent writing skills.
What You’Ll Do:
- Provide project and event management for roadshows, client meetings, internal and external communications and events, as well as other programs to support the executive office.
- Assist with the delivery of executive communications and materials, everything from internal and external communications to video scripts, speeches, social media posts, presentations and talking points, ensuring to reflect Capco’s brand and the personality.
- Establish and track metrics to measure success of internal and external communications.
What We’Re Looking For:
- Strong project management and event management skills
- Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to formulate clear, concise, strategic messages for internal and external audiences
- Comfortable with delivering in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
- A strong understanding of social media, digital and other communication channels
- Extremely organized, with unfailing attention to detail
- Professional presence conducive to working with senior leadership
- Experience with maintaining confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in the financial services, fintech or consulting industries preferred
