Job Description:

We are currently seeking an accomplished Business Controller with a solid background in performance analysis to play a key role in steering and shaping the strategic direction of the business.

The Business Controller will be responsible for monitoring performance and challenging the status quo by deriving actionable insights from operational metrics/KPIs, identify trends and other relevant data. As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in sales and operations, profitability analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making and support sustainable growth.

The successful professional will be entrusted with a high degree of autonomy in managing their responsibilities and driving key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement;
• Engage with stakeholders by delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on your data-driven analysis, while identifying opportunities and risks;
• Challenge and analyze key performance indicators, including sales, profitability, and operational metrics;
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies, cost structures, and factors affecting profitability.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Proven track record in financial analysis and performance evaluation;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations;
• Familiarity with financial management concepts and metrics;
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels of seniority;
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis;
• Problem-solving orientation with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements;
• Strong excel and powerpoint skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
