Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience designing and implementing robust back-end solutions, contributing to scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. This role requires not only technical excellence but also proactivity, adaptability, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build scalable APIs and services to support front-end and third-party integrations.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, DevOps, Product) to define and deliver new features.
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural discussions, ensuring best practices are applied.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development.
• Proven expertise in Node.js and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of server-side programming principles and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of software design patterns, clean architecture, and scalable systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Desirable:

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to support integration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Advanced English:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with distributed teams and clients.
