Responsibilities:

• Works toward and acquire the skills to advance to a minimum of a Level 2 in the Skill Based Pay system
• Understand and operate under the requirements of a Controlled/Clean room
• Actively supports the team through commitment to Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost
• Actively participate in team meetings, production, and goal setting/accomplishment
• Proactive and reactive in 5S
• Volunteer services and/or knowledge on team projects and Team Engagement Roles
• Ability to use problem solving/lean tools that require certification
• Ability to become certified on all processes that require certification
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Safely operate a hand truck to move product
• Support and practice current policies
• Ability to speak clearly and effectively with team members
• Perform other duties as directed by Team Leader

Essential Functions Of The Role:

Operations and Processes for required training are, but not limited to:

• Automated Bottle Filling – Liquid dispersion into bottles, manually cap and pack into finished goods
• Prosys Paste System – Packaging finished goods
• Finished Goods Packing
• Manual Bottle Filling – Liquid dispersion into bottles, manually cap and pack into finished goods
• Carton Erector/Carton Closer – Ability to set up and change over machines
• Powder Weighing – In a closed room, put powder in a bag, weigh and label bag
• Box Labeler – Adjust machine to ensure proper label placement
• Ability to stay focused and utilize proper packing method per specification and Bill of Material
• Ability to qualify and wear a full or half face respirator

Physical Requirements Of The Role:

• Ability to constantly stand, frequently walk and sit
• Ability to left up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push and pull up to a minimum of 500 pounds with a hand truck
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to occasionally stoop and twist
• Ability to occasionally kneel and crouch
• Ability to constantly reach while standing and sitting
• Fine motor skills of the hands, wrists, and fingers
• Ability to continually twist wrist for cap application
• Sufficient eyesight to read various equipment and gauges along with manual dexterity to perform various functional test on products/materials
