JOIN OUR EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
Corporate Communication helps adidas to create distinctive and appealing images with its stakeholder groups, build a strong, trusted corporate brand ("the company behind the brands") and develop reputational capital. The Corporate Communication Team enhances the company’s reputation and positively impacts its employees’ engagement by developing key messages and impactful storylines and communicating them to internal and external audiences.
 
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS 

• Support Media Relations & the adidas press office in its successful day-to-day operations (e.g. media relations, events, messaging, briefings, media lists)
• Monitor and report relevant media coverage for key topics and moments
• Help manage daily media inquiries and requests for interviews and business information
• Develop content for adidas channels owned by Corporate Communication
• Act as partner to internal teams to bring our strategies to life
• Help organize events such as press conferences and media visits
• Conduct research and prepare information on selected topics

 
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
•    Student of business studies, marketing, communications, journalism or similar
•    Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
•    Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
•    Passion for communication, pro-active, interested in learning
•    Good communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Fluent in English and German at native speaker level (written and spoken)
•    Good writing, organizational and event planning skills
•    Competency in MS Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
•    Reliable team player with hands-on and can-do attitude
•    Ideally previous work experience in a communications or PR function is a plus

•    Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.350,00€, compulsory internship 1.780,00€ (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)
 

Eligibility

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2026 – September 2026
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach / Nuremberg area in Germany for the full duration of the internship
