JOIN ONE OF OUR BRAND COMMUNICATION TEAMS - Brand Communications develops an integrated, through-the-line, marketing communications package to support adidas’ global and specific marketing and business objectives. You will either be supporting a specific category and its key events, work in sports & brand communication or help to create social media content. Gain insights in the overall marketing and / or specific communication planning (e.g. for product launches) and find out how our content comes to life. 

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS 

• Support our Business Unit teams in creating marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives that drive the future of our adidas brand.
• Contribute to both short- and long-term communication strategies based on global business objectives, incl. effective channel planning.
• Provide input for action plans aimed at maximizing brand and product exposure, ensuring efficiency in communication efforts.
• Coordinate with global and local agencies, managing projects across digital, social, PR, and retail, ensuring creative concepts are executed to a high standard and brought to life for our consumers

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Student of Marketing, Communications, Fashion Journalism, Communication Design or similar
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Strong MS Office skills
• Attention to details, quick comprehension, good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.350,00€, compulsory internship 1.780,00€ (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)

Eligibility

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2026 - September 2026
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
