We’re looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to join our Group Finance team and play a key role in managing and supporting our core finance systems. If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy working at the intersection of finance and technology, and want to contribute to finance transformation projects, this could be the role for you.

What You’Ll Do

• Take ownership of the day-to-day management, support, and maintenance of our finance systems.
• Act as first-line support for users, resolving queries and escalating when needed.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance across platforms.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver upgrades and enhancements.
• Support system integrations and data flows between tools.
• Assist with testing, documenting processes, and creating user guides.
• Contribute to finance transformation and automation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of finance operations and workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple systems and priorities.
• Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements.
• Proactive, adaptable, and ready for change.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
• Experience with finance systems such as Sage Intacct, Proactis, FloQast, or GTreasury.
• Experience with system integrations and data mapping.
