Your role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Medical Affairs specializing in Evidence Generation to lead the development and execution of innovative medical evidence strategies. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our oncology portfolio in clinical, regulatory, and commercial domains. You will serve as a strategic partner, guiding the generation and dissemination of high-quality clinical and real-world evidence that directly influences medical practices and improves patient outcomes. Your leadership will be essential in aligning evidence plans with business objectives and stakeholder needs globally. You will review proposed evidence studies, ensuring they are scientifically valid and relevant to our medical priorities. Building strong relationships with external experts and healthcare providers will be a key aspect of your role, allowing you to advance our evidence agendas effectively. As the medical affairs representative on evidence planning committees, you will contribute valuable insights that shape product lifecycle management and pipeline prioritization. Your strategic impact will be felt across the organization, particularly in launching new therapies and enhancing clinical adoption. Who You Are:
- You hold an advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in a life sciences or healthcare discipline.
- You possess a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant industry experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, HEOR, or related fields.
- You demonstrate a proven track record of leading evidence generation programs across the product lifecycle.
- You have a deep understanding of clinical trial and observational study designs, as well as real-world data sources and methodologies.
- You exhibit strong scientific communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- You are a strategic thinker who can balance scientific rigor with business needs while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- You are committed to compliance, ethics, and a patient-centric approach in all your endeavors.
