Your Role

Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting transformation journey! You’ll kick off initiatives to implement a new work model using Lean Management principles. Your mission will be to leverage various transformation tools to identify and design opportunities that enhance our processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction. As a key player, you’ll lead the implementation of the Lean Management system, conducting engaging training sessions and facilitating workshops to help operational teams embrace this new approach. You’ll also monitor and report on projects aimed at optimizing processes, ensuring we achieve greater efficiency across the organization. This role offers significant growth opportunities, paving the way for a clear career path in process improvement and operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Experienced in Lean Management.
• Skills: Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies, with a proven track record in implementing change.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to diagnose issues and design effective solutions.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage diverse teams.
• Results-Driven: Focused on delivering measurable outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Education: Relevant degree or certification in Lean Management or related fields.
