About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to own Sully.ai’s technical pre-sales process. This role will focus on designing and maintaining compelling demo environments, building demo scripts that highlight product value, and serving as the primary technical point of contact during sales cycles. You will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs, ensuring prospects clearly understand the technical power and scalability of Sully.ai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain demo environments that effectively showcase Sully.ai’s value proposition.
  • Develop customized demo scripts and technical narratives tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, answering product and integration questions.
  • Partner with sales reps to drive deal momentum and remove technical roadblocks.
  • Gather customer feedback from demos to inform product and sales strategy.

Hard Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales.
  • Strong technical proficiency with SaaS products, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering impactful product demos.
  • Operates independently and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in healthcare tech or EHR systems.
  • Background in scripting, automation, or building technical proof-of-concepts.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and security requirements.
  • Build an initial set of demo environments and scripts aligned with top sales use cases.
  • Partner with sales to shadow calls and understand common technical questions.
  • Document and refine demo delivery workflows for consistency and scalability.
