About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to own Sully.ai’s customer-facing product roadmap. This role is all about deeply understanding customer needs, translating feedback into a prioritized backlog, and driving delivery of features that create measurable impact. You will serve as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, and design—ensuring that every release improves user experience and drives adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the customer-facing product work, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer impact and business goals.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Build feedback loops with customers to identify pain points, validate feature concepts, and measure outcomes.
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, satisfaction) to guide data-driven prioritization.
- Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, ensuring their needs are represented in strategic decisions.
Hard Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or equivalent experience, with a track record of shipping impactful software products.
- Proven experience gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable requirements.
- Strong organizational discipline (tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
- Background in healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered features and workflows.
- Experience integrating with EHRs, APIs, or enterprise systems.
- Audit the current product backlog and customer requests.
- Establish prioritization criteria and feedback channels with Customer Success.
- Deliver initial roadmap update aligned to customer impact and business objectives.
