About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for Sully.ai’s healthcare customers. You will manage post-sale relationships with health systems and payers—ensuring successful deployments, resolving technical challenges, and surfacing opportunities for growth. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer success, requiring someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new accounts, ensuring fast, compliant, and high-quality go-lives.
  • Translate customer workflows into clear technical implementation plans.
  • Monitor customer adoption and proactively address risks to retention.
  • Resolve technical blockers in partnership with engineering and product teams.
  • Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations and escalate feedback effectively.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience driving post-sale outcomes: onboarding, adoption, renewals.
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, compliance workflows, or data security.

Hard Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Healthcare or health tech experience (EHRs, compliance, buyer cycles).
  • Exposure to AI/LLMs, workflow automation, or regulated deployments.
  • Proficiency with analytics and customer health monitoring tools.
  • Shadow onboarding processes for existing health system and payer accounts.
  • Deliver successful onboarding for at least one new customer account.
  • Develop an initial account health dashboard with key adoption metrics.
  • Success OKRs (90 Days)
