About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with Sully.ai’s healthcare customers. This role is responsible for driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring our customers maximize value from Sully.ai. You will serve as a trusted advisor to physicians and healthcare leaders, partnering with them to eliminate administrative burdens and transform how care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of healthcare accounts, ensuring strong adoption and satisfaction.
  • Drive renewals and minimize churn by building trusted, long-term relationships with decision makers.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) to grow account revenue.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing value.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.

Hard Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sales relationship management.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion goals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with executive presence.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations and physician groups.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare SaaS, or workflow automation.
  • Background in both retention- and growth-focused account management.
  • Ramp up on Sully.ai’s product, value proposition, and customer success playbook.
  • Build relationships with initial book of business and conduct account health checks.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop joint strategies for onboarding and adoption.
  • Success OKRs (90 Days)
