Weโre hiring our first Global Account Executive Lead to spearhead our sales efforts across Europe. Youโll own key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and play a central role in scaling our sales organization.
๐ก Please note that for this role, C2-level English proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.
What you will do โจ
- ๐ Take full ownership of the Account Executive Team (>10 AEs) across 5 markets. Grow the pipeline, refine our sales approach, and lead by example
- ๐ค Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing to generate high-quality opportunities
- ๐ Run demos, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals โ while coaching others to do the same
- ๐ Analyze customer needs, competitors, and market trends to continuously sharpen our strategy
- ๐งโ๐คโ๐ง Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team as we expand
What Makes You a Great Fit โ
- ๐ผ Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (8+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups
- ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Proven success in scaling sales operations, ideally across more than one market.
- ๐ Proven success in driving go-to-market and scaling sales operations, ideally across more than one market.
- โก Passion for innovation in renewable energy and a strong desire to make an impact.
- ๐ A strong closer with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- ๐ฏ Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent English communication skills (C2). Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
- ๐ข You believe that a sales team works best when collaborating closely together in the office. (there can be of course always exceptions)
