The Impact you’ll have as a Content Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for creating relevant and customer focused content for use across all of our marketing channels which will drive engagement with our target audience as you position the company as a thought leader, reinforcing our position as an industry leader and go-to partner of choice for our customers.

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the variation of content to maximise engagement with different decision markers and influencer job roles, to reflect their different requirements in addition to localisation of content for maintaining relevance in different geographic regions.

What you’ll be doing as a Content Marketing Manager

  • Creating relevant client led content which address the latest industry topics and drives engagement
  • Working with clients to create joint branded thought leadership content
  • Measuring impact of content featured within marketing campaigns
  • Enabling creation of relevant content which helps Thredd’s position as an innovator and industry leader
  • Leveraging key industry events for publication of content to maximise reach and impact
  • Comprehensively proof-reading processes for managing quality control

What you’ll bring to the Content Marketing Manager position

  • Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles within a B2B environment, preferable in FinTech or payments
  • Experience in creating diverse content types including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, video scripts, email copy, social posts and thought leadership articles
  • Strong capability in crafting content tailored to different buyer personas, including decision makers and influencers across functions such as product, technology, risk and compliance
  • Ability to adapt tone, format and messaging for different stages of the funnel and job roles
  • Experiencing localising content for different geographic regions, ensuring cultural and regulatory relevance while maintaining global brand consistency
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for grammar, clarity, tone and structure
  • Strong storytelling ability with a strategic approach
  • Familiarity with integrating content across web, email, social and paid digital channels to support brand awareness and lead generation
  • Ability to measure the impact of content on key marketing KPIs such as engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution and brand visibility

Where You’Ll Work

Our working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements. We strive to provide flexibility whilst ensuring that each position is best supported for optimal collaboration and performance.

This Content Marketing Manager position requires you to be in the London office (Holborn) two days per week.
