PPC Executive

Your Role At Veezu:

We’re looking for a PPC Executive with 2+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns to join our in-house Performance Marketing team. You’ll help deliver high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms, with a focus on driving measurable results for passenger acquisition, and app engagement.

You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that meet ambitious performance goals. This is a hands-on role with exposure to budget management, data analysis, and the latest PPC innovations, offering clear progression opportunities.

What You’Ll Do:

Campaign Delivery & Optimisation

• Plan, set up, and optimise campaigns across:
• Continuously optimise keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, and creative assets to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Optimise campaigns towards App Downloads, Phone Calls, In-App Bookings, and brand awareness.
• Manage seasonal, location-based, and retargeting campaigns with clear audience segmentation where applicable.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is tracked, controlled, and aligned to performance targets.
• Consult on landing page performance monitoring and recommendations.
• Competitor activity monitoring and proactive strategy adjustments.

Analysis & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads dashboards. Looker will be used initially with a plan to move to Power BI.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Performance Marketing Manager, to improve efficiency and scale results. This will be on an ad-hoc basis, weekly, and monthly.
• Build and maintain campaign dashboards for internal stakeholders using tools like Looker Studio.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to implement testing roadmaps, including A/B testing for ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and the wider marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across campaigns.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations, evaluating new features and opportunities.

What You’Ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on PPC experience, ideally across Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC’s role within the wider marketing mix.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, and Microsoft Ads, with knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, and optimisation. Google Tag Manager experience is desirable.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator, able to present performance insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets to extract actionable insights.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

Where You’Ll Be:

• This role will either be based out of our Cardiff office or remote with a requirement to attend meetings at Veezu office locations across the country as needed.
