This position will work hybrid in our Mexico City - Reforma office.

Summary:

Delinea is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A and will partner closely with Finance Leadership as well as the Technology Finance and Sales Finance teams. The role will be situated in a high growth and highly dynamic environment that will necessitate the creation and building of new processes, forecasting methodologies, models, and analytics to coincide with the company’s growth and development.

What You'Ll Do:

  • Perform monthly revenue variance analysis and understand the impact of various drivers to revenue recognition as well as ability to decipher actuals through large data analysis
  • Own revenue, Billings and Deferred revenue forecast, drive improvements to accuracy and automate processes and data flow.
  • Own and improve actuals billings reporting model and analytics to assure proper reporting of billings by bookings license type and splits between new booking billings, renewal booking billings, and installment billings.
  • Analyze and forecast net working capital (balance sheet and cash flow)
  • Assist in the preparation of MD&As / Board Decks and understand and explain the drivers behind the business.

What You'Ll Also Do:

  • Coordinate with FP&A organization for full P&L roll up and analysis.
  • Develop new revenue analytics to improve storytelling and future forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and build new forecasting processes, methodologies, and models in excel and Adaptive Planning.
  • Fixed asset capital expenditure forecasting
  • Improve and automate processes and data flows utilized in forecasting processes.
  • Leverage (technology) systems to easily identify trends and variances and deliver ROI analysis on future investment.
  • Provide critical insight and analysis on business performance.
  • Complete investor reporting requirements and inquiries.

What You'Ll Bring:

  • 4-7 years experience in FP&A, of which at least 2 of which were in Corporate FP&A.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to manipulate large data sets and derive critical insights
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights preferred similar experience with competing budgeting software a plus.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to build models quickly both for ad hoc and ongoing new processes use.
  • Experience with recurring revenue.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with multiple levels throughout the organization including executive team members.
  • Experience of working in a high growth and dynamically changing environment and within the software industry is a plus.
