About The Role

Join as a Customer Success Analyst and help build the systems and insights that power world-class customer experiences all while working with a fast-moving SF tech startup.

You'll work directly with the founders in a high-ownership environment, using data to uncover customer trends, optimize onboarding and support processes, and drive retention and expansion strategies. This role is ideal for self-starters eager to grow, learn fast, and contribute to a category-defining AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Operations:

  • Data Analytics:

  • Coordinate with Sales to close compliance tasks (e.g., Vendor Agreements, Security Questionnaires).
  • Streamline processes to ensure smooth deal closures and compliance adherence.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports in tools like Mixpanel, Stripe and HubSpot.
  • Analyze data to derive insights, requiring strong numerical and data-handling skills.

You Might Thrive If You

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer success role.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and takes full ownership of your work — especially when it impacts the customer experience.
  • You're comfortable working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and may have some exposure to SQL or Python for analyzing customer trends and metrics.
  • You’ve shown strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills through team projects, student leadership, or client-facing experiences.
  • You’re curious about AI and emerging technologies, with exposure through coursework, personal projects, or self-driven learning — and you're excited to help customers succeed in this space.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Accepting both full-time (40-50 hr/week) & part-time (20-30 hr/week). Onsite with flexible hours.
  • Base Salary: Competitive hourly rate
  • Location: Redwood City, CA, US.
  • US Visas: Sponsors CPT for enrolled university students
