Since launch, we’ve seen strong market traction, closing multiple six-figure contracts. Now, we’re growing quickly to keep pace with demand and are excited to expand our founding team in the San Francisco Bay Area. At DoorDash, Riya built intelligent fraud detection and investigation tools that saved the company $30M+ annually, and at Unit21, she created products that enabled analysts to work 3× faster. About The Role

As one of our first engineers, you’ll shape the technical foundation of Socratix AI. You’ll design and ship production-grade AI agents, collaborate directly with founders on product strategy, and partner with both large enterprises and cutting-edge startups.

This is a high-impact role with massive scope for growth — you won’t just be building features, you’ll be defining how AI transforms financial operations.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience (CS degree or equivalent background).
• Strong backend development skills with Python + FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and API design.
• A 0 → 1 builder mindset — comfortable creating from scratch.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
• Startup experience leading significant projects.
• AI expertise: LangChain, RAG, embeddings, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning.
