Assistant Accountant

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Accountant to join our Brisbane team at our Hemmant site.

This is a hands-on role with an early start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build a strong foundation in finance.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and review site-specific financial data to meet reporting standards.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage stock control, inventory reconciliations, and code maintenance.
• Support site-based admin and sales teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Contribute to tech upgrade projects (experience highly regarded).

What You’Ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce.
• Advanced skills in Excel; QlikSense and SQL knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to reliably start work at 6:00 a.m., Monday to Friday.
