Danfoss is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth in Korea.

What You’Ll Be Doing

• Plan and execute marketing communication campaigns to enhance Danfoss Climate Solutions visibility.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver impactful digital and traditional marcom activities.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, including events, digital campaigns, and customer programs.
• Localize global strategies into effective local actions with a strong digital-first mindset.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure accurate performance tracking.

What We'Re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications (B2B preferred).
• Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marcom.
• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (translation ability required).
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a multicultural, matrix organization.
